Program Coordinator for Hasoub On Campus

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Hasoub, a leading non-profit organization promoting technology and entrepreneurship in the Arab society. Hasoub On Campus mobilizes and empowers Arab students across campuses and fosters a sense of belonging, entrepreneurial spirit, and provides knowledge, inspiration, experience, role models, skills, networks and opportunities for students to thrive as engineers, leaders and entrepreneurs in the hi-tech industry. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs and events on campus, with the goal of enhancing the overall student experience.

50% position capacity, with the option to grow to 100% if necessary

Work from Hasoub’s office in Arara

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute a variety of programs and events on campus, including workshops, lectures, and networking events.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to identify areas of need and develop relevant programs.

  • Oversee program logistics, including event setup, catering, and audio/visual needs

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including alumni and community organizations.

  • Collect and analyze data, and use insights to inform future programming decisions.

  • Facilitate group discussions and activities as part of program delivery, ensuring an inclusive and engaging experience for all participants.

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including students, faculty, and external partners, through various channels including email, social media, and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Social Entrepreneurship, Community Development, or a related field - preferred.  

  • Previous experience in event planning, student engagement, or social impact initiatives is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and external partners.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • Enthusiasm for social entrepreneurship and a genuine interest in supporting students driving positive change in society.

  • Proficiency in using various social media platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical proficiency

  • Good proficiency in English, Hebrew and Arabic.
