Junior Resource Development Officer
Hasoub is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Resource Development Officer to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our fundraising and grant management initiatives while working in a collaborative environment.
About the Role: As our Junior Resource Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising efforts and grant management processes. Working closely with the Resource Development Director, you'll engage in a variety of tasks that are essential to our organization's growth and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential donors and funding opportunities.Â
Manage donor contributions and maintain accurate records.  Â
Ensure compliance with fundraising and grant management regulations. Â
Conduct data analysis and generate insightful reports.Â
Prepare tailored grant proposals and donor communications.
Assist the Resource Development Director in various capacities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising objectives.
Qualifications
Familiarity with fundraising or grant management. (advantage)
Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
Experience with civil society organizations. (preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Data analysis proficiency (preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and google sheets.Â
Excellent writing skills in English, and Hebrew.
