We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mentorship Program coordinator to join our team at Hasoub, a leading non-profit organization promoting technology and entrepreneurship in the Arab society. As the Mentorship Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing a mentorship program that connects students with high-tech professionals. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating meaningful relationships, fostering learning opportunities, and supporting participants' professional growth.
Responsibilities
Program Development: Design and develop a comprehensive mentorship program that aligns with students' and high-tech professionals' needs.
Participant Engagement: Recruit, screen, and match students with suitable mentors based on their goals, interests, and skill sets.
Relationship Management: Facilitate effective communication and build strong relationships between mentors and students, ensuring ongoing support and guidance.
Program Operations: Coordinate and oversee the mentorship program logistics, including scheduling, progress tracking, and evaluation.
Training and Resources: Develop training materials and resources to enhance mentorship experience for both mentors and students.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly measure program effectiveness and collect feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement.
Networking and Outreach: Collaborate with educational institutions, industry partners, and high-tech professionals to expand the mentorship network and promote program awareness.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and document program outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in program management, mentorship, or career development, preferably in high-tech or STEM-related fields.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to foster meaningful connections between mentors and students, promoting trust and engagement.
Organization and Attention to Detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Networking Skills: Ability to network and establish partnerships with educational institutions, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
