Community Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced community associate to join our team at Hasoub, a leading non-profit organization promoting technology and entrepreneurship in the Arab society.

As a Community Associate at Hasoub Garage, you will play a major role in creating a welcoming, vibrant, and productive environment for our diverse community of professionals and entrepreneurs. You will be the face of our Garage, responsible for the space operation and ensuring that members have a seamless and positive experience.

50% - 75% capacity with an option for a full-time position.

Work from Hasoub’s office in Arara

Responsibilities

1. Member Engagement: 

  • Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Build strong relationships with members to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Foster a sense of community by assisting in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and networking opportunities.

  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.


2. Space Management:

   - Ensure the co-working area is well-maintained, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.

   - Monitor and manage desk reservations and space utilization.

   - Coordinate maintenance and cleanliness aspects of the Garage.


3. Administrative Duties:

- Handle and manage inventory. 

- Handle front desk tasks, mail handling, and phone inquiries.

   - Maintain accurate records of member information, bookings, and payments using our management software.


4. Community Support:

   - Offer support and guidance to members in using our amenities, services, and technology.

   - Be the go-to person for information about local services, restaurants, and resources.

   - Promote and assist with onboarding new members.


5. Security and Compliance:

   - Ensure that all members follow security and safety protocols.

   - Monitor access control systems and respond to security incidents appropriately.

   - Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively.

- Proficiency in using SAAS programs such as (Google drive, Monday.com and Mialchimp)  and co-working management systems.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or co-working environment. 

- Commitment to Hasoub's values and to creating an impact. 

- Native Arabic. proficiency in  Hebrew and English.


- This position may require occasional evening or weekend work during community events.

- You will work in a dynamic and collaborative coworking environment.
