Hasoub and Klika will run an innovation hub in Fufr Kana, therefore, we are looking for a Hub Manager who can be responsible for all aspects related to the day to day management of the Hub. The Program Manager will plan, manage, and execute all projects and logistics associated with the Hub events and activities. Responsibilities Develop and execute annual events and activities for the Hub programs. Coordinate the creation of the Hub Programs calendar of major events and activities. Empowering Hi-tech students for easy entrance into a career in the Hi-tech sector. 150 Hires 30 Companies 50 Mentors 350 Mentees 50 Sessions 45 Events About Pairs Program Pairs Mentorship and Networking Program by Hasoub is the leading community-based mentoring program that connects Arab students from the Tech field with mentors from the High-Tech sector due to the fact that Arab workers make up only 2% of tech companies while making up 20% of total population. The program was first launched in April 2021 with its first cohort having two cohorts each year. The goal of PAIRS is to break down barriers between students and the Hi-Tech industry, give them the opportunity to get to know their future more closely, what to expect from them, how to plan a career, what to do and what is best not to do. We aim to create a community that supports and enables each other in and into the Hitech world. Program Structure Pairs Mentorship & Networking Program is open for registration twice a year and consists of three main stages: registration, interview, and academic records. The pairing is done based on the mentee's goals and the mentor's expertise. Mentors will meet with their mentees over a 4 months period with 10 hours in total, with a focus on addressing specific jointly-identified challenges facing the mentee to start their career and get involved in the High-Tech sector.
